Supporting your growth…

For more than 34 years I have dedicated my career to supporting clients through life’s most challenging seasons - first as a clinical counsellor, and now as an executive coach. My work is grounded in a deep belief that every person carries an inner wisdom, and my role is to help uncover it with presence, curiosity, and compassion.

I bring a unique blend of neuroscience, evidence based practices for navigating adversity, and body centered approaches for healing and growth. Whether I am supporting an individual, a leadership team, or an organization, my focus is on helping people reconnect with themselves, and their inner wisdom - so they can lead, live, and work with clarity, authenticity and purpose.

My passion for resilience grew into A Resilience Project, a podcast I hosted for over 3 years where guests shared powerful stories of adversity and hope. Those conversations continue to shape how I understand courage, community, and the very human capacity to rise even stronger than before.

Outside of my work, you will often find me on the water, sailing with my husband Robert. Through 34 years of marriage, and parenting our adult children, nature has been my constant teacher - rooting me in the beauty of possibilities, growth and the resilience that carries us forward.
